FAQs

Do you provide free shipping?

For all orders over 200 shirts shipping is free. For all other orders we will provide you the expected shipping cost before your order is finalized.

Can you provide a variety of merch products?

We can create your whole product line for the season - offering you a variety of options that best suit your patrons.

Do you do Embroidery and/or Screen Printing?

Yes! We offer a variety of brand decoration options including embroidery & screen printing.

Do you charge extra for design services?

We don't charge a separate fee for graphic design services. Once we receive your $55 deposit (non-refundable), we begin on the graphics. There are times where certain requests may impact the cost of your total order (i.e. increasing the number of colors to a screen print run), but we will always let you know when a change may impact cost and will provide a new quote before an order is final.

What is your turn around time?

Our turnaround time varies per product, but in general screen printed shirts have a turn around time of 3 weeks (from the point you have approved all graphic designs AND we have received your first payment which is 1/2 of the total order amount).
