If you have any quality issues with your item please reach out. As a new small business your satisfaction with your experience is very important to us! 

For custom orders, we provide you a proof of the finished work before we start production. Once you provide approval, D Squared is not responsible for any mistakes included on the approved proof and therefore a refund is not an option.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
